Rotate images online
Photos taken sideways or upside down are quick to fix here. This rotator turns images in 90° steps and mirrors them horizontally or vertically, either across a whole batch in one click or one image at a time. Nothing is uploaded — the images are rotated on your own device and stay private, and there's no limit on how many you do.
How to rotate an image
- Add your images. Drag and drop them onto the box above, paste from your clipboard, or click Select images. You can add several at once.
- Rotate or flip. Use the toolbar to turn every image together, or the buttons on each row to fix one on its own. The preview updates as you go.
- Download. Grab each image with its download button, or get them all at once as a ZIP file.
Rotate vs. flip
Rotating turns the image by 90° clockwise or anticlockwise, so a landscape photo becomes portrait. Flipping mirrors it, like a reflection — horizontal flip swaps left and right, vertical flip swaps top and bottom. Both keep every pixel at full quality.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Every image is rotated in your browser on your own device. Your images never leave your computer, which keeps them completely private.
Can I rotate several images at once?
Yes. The toolbar buttons rotate or flip every image you've added in one click, and each row also has its own buttons for fixing a single image.
Does rotating reduce the quality?
No. A 90° rotation or a flip simply rearranges the existing pixels, so the image keeps its full quality.
Does it keep the file format?
Yes. A JPG stays a JPG, a PNG stays a PNG, and a WebP stays a WebP.
Is it really free?
Yes — it's free with no signup, no watermark, and no limit on the number of images you can rotate.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. The rotator works in any modern mobile or desktop browser.
